- Heat oil in a pan add, heing,cumin seeds ginger- garlic & saute it.Now add Tomato with Salt and Besan & cook for 2 min.Add all dry spices with little water.
- Add meshed potatoes and mix nicely.Add water according to the consistency you want.
- Garnish with chopped Coriander & coriander stems.
