- First Turn on the gas place a Tawa and heat it then take a kulcha and just fold it and inside it keep a aluminium foil (in layers just squeeze it) and press and use a tooth pick and just seal it on the middle of Kulcha (fold) and try to roast it on medium and slow flame. Both the sides keep pressing it from the top. Take it out and keep it aside don't open it. When it cools just remove all.
- Now prepare for the filling take a mixing bowl add pour there Chickpeas, All sauce, 1 Teaspoon of Myonise, little salt, red chillies Crushed, and mix it. (Keep some sauce mix extra)
- Just take a Kulcha spread there all chutney and sauce mix then add Chickpeas mix and coriander leaves (you can chop coriander leaves and also apply) as a filling for Taco. Now garnish it with some extra Mayonnaise and serve.
