  1. For Condensed milk,Take a pan boil milk in it with 1 cup of sugar.when it is almost half left,add 1/2 tsp of baking soda & cook on slow flame till it becomes thick.
  2. Take a bowl,add jelly crystals in it & mix well.
  3. Now add 500 ml boil water in it & mix well.Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. When it is half done,add condensed milk first.
  5. Now add fresh cream in it.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Put the mixture in the mould &add bananas to it.
  8. Again refrigerate for an hour till the jelly is set.
  9. Take it out on a seving plate & garnish with banana & pomegranate
  10. Serve chilled.
