Instructions to make Chilli Paneer Dopyaza:
  1. Take a Bowl add Corn flour 4 Spoon,All-purpose flour 2 Spoon, Salt to taste,Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Spoon, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Spoon mix well then Coat the Paneer Cubes with the paste and Deep fry in any Cooking Oil and keep aside.
  2. Take a Kadhai add half Cup any Cooking Oil add 3 Spoon Ginger Garlic Green Chillies Paste into it fry for 2 min then add Capcicum half kg and Onion 4-5 Cut into Cubes and stir fry for 5 min.
  3. Afterwards add Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon,Red Chilli Sauce 2 Spoon, Tomato ketchup 4 Spoon,Soy Sauce 2 Spoon, Vinegar 1 Spoon mix well for 1 min then add 2 Cup Corn flour Starch into it and some amount of water according to consistency and Sugar half Spoon,Salt to taste, Black Pepper half Spoon.
