  1. Soak rice overnight and make a fine paste now add suji, curd, chopped Capcicum, chop chilles, chilli flake salt according taste,add little water and and make batter cover it and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Now in mixing bowl take boiled potatoes, add chopped onion,chopped chillies,salt per taste, Chaat Masala and mash well. Now grease your hands with oil and flatten the aloo like tikkis.
  3. Now add 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 2 spoon oil mix well.
  4. Now heat oil in tawa…. Add a scant ladleful of batter to the center of the pan. Then place the aloo tikki, then pour little batter and cover the aloo tikki.
  5. Fry the pancake from both side. Serve hot.
