Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
- Take 1 pressure wash all vegetables and add chopped cauliflower potatoes carrots and peas cutted into cubes.add 2 glass water salt pinch turmeric and cook upto 3 whistle.
- Once pressure cools down. Open the lid take vegetable stock in one Bowl and mash the vegetable with the help of masher. take a kadai add butter add chopped onion and saute till golden brown add tomato chopped garlic 1 tsp ginger chilli paste and saute for 2 minutes till raw smells goes of

- Serve pav bhaji hot onion salad and lemon. Garnish with corrainder leaves.
