- For Sauce, Take a bowl add all the ingredients of chowemin sauce and mix well, set aside.
- Boil Noodles according to package instructions I add salt and yellow food color while boiling to give a nice yellow color.
- Marinate chicken with all the marination ingredients and rest for 15 minutes.
- Julian cut all the vegetables.
- In a wok heat oil add crushed garlic and saute for 1 minute.
- Add marinate chicken and cook on high flame until golden.
