  1. Wash and per boil ur rice and Cook in a boiling salted water for 20-30mins until soft and done. Set aside.
  2. Wash ur meat and put in a pot,add some onions,salt and knorr seasoning and Cook on its stock for 5mins and add more water and Cook till done.
  3. Wash ur tomatoes, pepper,onions and garlic and blend till smooth. Set aside.
  4. In a pot, Heat up ur oil and pour in ur blended Tomatoes, add curry,thyme,knorr cubes,timatoe puree and salt and cook on very high heat,stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Cook for abt 10-15mins,add d goat meat and cook till it's thick.
  5. Ur stew is ready.
  6. Wash ur plantain,slice and season with salt and cinnamon. And fry in a pan of very hot oil till both sides r golden brown.
