Steps to make Restaurant Style Kadhai Paneer:
- In a mixer jar take tomato,garlic clove,peanut,cashews,green chillies,green cardamom,black cardamom,clove,black pepper,cumin seeds,ginger and fresh cream and grind it to make a fine paste and keep aside.
- Now cut the cottage cheese into dices and heat oil in a pan and slightly fry the dices of cottage cheese.
- Now take out the chunks of cottage cheese and add cumin seeds,fenugreek powder and bay leaves in the same oil….let it splutter….then add chopped onion-capsicum and salt and cook it on low flame by covering the lid for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add all dry spices,tomato mixture paste and stir it till oil releases from the spices.
- Now add fried cottage cheese chunks and stir it for 2 minutes.
- Add milk and water and cook it for more 2 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Kadhai Paneer is ready to serve.
