  6. Prepare 3 Beef Bouillon Cubes

  10. Take 1 large White Onion 1½"
  11. Take 2 large Potatoes (cut into 1½" cubes)
Instructions to make Beefy Vegetable Stew:
  1. Sauté cubed steak, garlic, olive oil, and flour in a large pot until lightly browned on all edges.
  2. Add 7 cups of water and the beef bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil. Then, lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Combine carrots and simmer for 40 minutes.
  4. Next, add onion, potato, and 2 more cups of water. Bring back to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Combine tomato paste and add salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Boil for 10 minutes.
