- Grill the chicken or fry it, it’s up to your taste.
- When your rice is done, on a big plate you put your rice, the vegetable and beef mix on top and finally the chicken.

These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your sugar levels which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.

Studies prove that this specific amino acid can basically induce brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while at the same relaxing the rest of your body.
