- Prepare 1 pkg Firm Tofu
- Make ready to taste Soy Sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp grated Ginger
- Take 2 stalks Green Onions, thinly sliced
- Prepare 1 pkg Bonito Flakes
Steps to make Hiyayakko (Cold Tofu):
- Cut cold tofu into chunks. I cut mine to about 1” x 1.5”. (Feel free to use silken tofu!)
- Top with green onions and bonito flakes. This is the brand I use.
- Drizzle soy sauce and grated ginger over the tofu. Enjoy!
