Steps to make Chicken pie:
- Debone chicken. (if you don't use canned). One large breast for 9 inch pie. For larger pie I use roll out pie shells.
- Use 1/4 cup of each vegetable and combine the vegetables and cut up chicken into pie shell. Slowly cover with thickened broth or cream soup. Double for 9x11 dish.
- Cover with 2nd shell. Bake at 375 until crust is nicely browned.
- Serve with salad if desired.
