- In sauce pot combine sugar, butter, hot sauce and chipotle.
- On medium heat bring to a simmer. Once simmering lower heat to medium low and continue to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Heat grill to 400 degrees
- When wings are done boiling drain thoroughly and toss in 1/3 of wing sauce then grill for 5 minutes on one side. Toss again in 1/3 of wing sauce and grill 5 minutes on the next side.
- Once grilled on both sides toss in remaining sauce.
