- Make ready 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Sazon with achiote (for color)
Spray the inside of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with the taco seasoning. Pour the entire bottle of salsa on top.
Instructions to make Crock Pot Salsa Chicken:
- Rinse your chicken and cut into big cubes, then place into your crock pot that has been sprayed with cooking spray….
- Place all remaining ingredients into crock pot and stir thoroughly….
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours….. I cheated a little bit, I stirred it halfway thru the cooking process! π±
- Shred chicken with 2 forks π΄ when done and serve with yellow rice π or place chicken on top of flour tortillas……

These grains fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods as well. Feeling hungry can be terrible! These grains can elevate your mood since it’s easy for your body to digest them. You digest these foods faster than other foods which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.
Green tea is truly great for your mood. You knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies show that this specific amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This helps better your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body.
