- Prepare 7 Chicken wings cut at joints
- Take 6 tbsp Frank's Red Hot sauce
- Make ready 1/4 cup melted Butter
- Make ready 1 Oil for frying

- Put oil in frying pan & turn heat on to med/high
- Wash all 14 chicken pieces with water. Then dry each with a paper towel
- Fry chicken for 15 mins
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F
- In a medium bowl, mix together hot sauce & butter
- Remove chicken from fryer, drain oil, then place flat on cookie sheet
- Brush front & back side of chicken with hotwing sauce. Then bake in oven for 7-10 mins
- Remove from oven. Brush chicken again with hotwing sauce. Serve!
