  4. After the dough has become crumbly, add in more egg and continue to mix.
  5. Next, add in the remaining egg, and knead (until smooth).
  6. Once the dough becomes glossy, wrap it up in plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  7. Take the dough out of the fridge, divide into 2-4 equal portions, dust with flour, roll out to your desired thickness, and cut into your desired length (you can also use a pasta machine).
