  3. Halve the shiso leaves and pork slices if too long. Put a shiso leave and piece of tofu on a pork slice and roll up. After rolling, coat with katakuriko.
  4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry onion and shimeji mushrooms. When wilted take them out and set aside.
  5. In the same frying pan place the rolled tofu and meat with sealed edge down and fry over a low to medium heat. After the pork is cooked through return the onion and shimeji mushrooms to the frying pan.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the ingredients. By gently moving the frying pan roll the meat, reduce the sauce until thickened and serve. Done .
