- Prepare 1 cup margarine/shortening
- Prepare 1 cup brown sugar

- cream margarine w sugar, add eggs & vanilla
- combine flour, soda, salt & gradually add to creamed mixture
- stir in pkg chipits choc chips or mix w diff types of chips, nuts if wanted
- drop by spoonfuls onto greased/ungreased (depends on pan used) cookie sheet
- bake @ 325/350 until cookies r golden in colour

These grains can help you feel full for longer too, which is a mood improver. Feeling starved can actually make you feel terrible! These grains can elevate your mood as it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. You digest these foods more quickly than other things which can help boost your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.
Green tea is truly good for your mood. You knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is rich in a specific amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially induces brain waves. This will better your brain’s concentration while at the same loosening up the rest of your body. You likely already knew it is not hard to be healthy when you drink green tea. Now you know that green tea can elevate your mood also!
