- ①Put the 200ml of tea in a saucepan. ②Add 2g of agar. ③Mix them. Heat it up on a medium flame to boiling. ④Turn down the flame when it boils. Simmer it for 2minuites.
- ①Add 100g of granulated sugar. ② Mix them on medium flame. ③Turn down the flame and simmer it for 1minuite. ④Skim off the scum and turn off the flame.
- ①Pour the tea Kanten liquid into a mold to a little blow from the top of Milk kanten blocks. Leave it until it getting hard. (But do not wait that it becomes hard completely.) ②Put the another half of milk Kanten blocks on the tea kantan. ③Pour the tea kanten liquid into a mold to the same level of the milk kanten blocks. ④Leave it until it getting hard. *But do not wait that it becomes hard completely.
- ①Put fan shaped kiwifruits. ②Pour the tea Kanten liquid until it covers the kiwifruits. ③Leave it until it gets hard completely. ④Unmold and cut it. It's to be served and eaten cold !
