Steps to make Pan:
- On a separate bowl sift flour and add salt, mix well. Set aside
- Add to the bread maker pan: 2 eggs + 1 yolk (save the white for later) melted butter, honey, oil, sugar, warm milk. Mix well using a whisk. Gently add the flour mix. With your finger dig a little hole in the middle and add the yeast, cover it up. Do not mix the flour.
- Set up the machine to dough. Let the machine go through the whole cycle and leave the dough there until it rises to the top. Do not unplugged the machine it needs to stay warm. It takes 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
- Take the dough out and mold it however you like. You can make a big loaf or small rolls. If you have time you can let it rest and rise some more.
- Whisk the yolk you saved earlier and gently brush the bread.
- Preheat the oven to 350 and bake for about 18 minutes.
