  18. Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  19. Make ready 2 tbsp freshly chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions to make Squid/Calamari Masala:
  1. Add all the ingredients under marination section. Mix well. Leave it for 15-20mins
  2. Heat a pan. Add oil and wait for it to get heated.
  3. Add ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute.
  4. Add curry leaves and green chilli. Fry for few seconds
  5. Now add onions. Add some salt and fry till transparent
  6. Add tomatoes and fry till mushy
  7. Add the marinated squid to this mixture. Add red chilli powder. Mix well.
  8. Cook for 5-7mins. Don't over cook as it will turn rubbery.
  9. Once squid is cooked. Turn off the flame. Add pepper powder and lime juice. Mix well
  10. Garnish it with Coriander leaves
