- SPICY SAUCE
- in pan with oil saute spicy sauce ( sambal ) then add onion and red chili pepper for half a minute
- add light soy sauce and sugar and mix well for another half a minute
- BANANA WRAP
- with banana leaf on aluminium foil put calamari and grated carrot
- top cooked spicy sauce then top coconut milk
- wrap up and bake at 220 C for 20 minute
- serve top garnish
