- Peel arbi & wash properly
- Cut any shape & spread salt on it mix well & leave for 10 minutes
- After 10 min wash again 2 times with softly rubed & put in a soup stranior
- Take a pan put 1 table spoon oil & fry arbi for 2 or 3 min
- After frying take out it from the pan now add cut onion & jeera oil in the pan fry till light brown
- Add salt chilli coriander powder & cut tomato in it
- Cover the mixture for 2 min and then mix arbi in it
- Properly mix arbi & masala add garammasala amchur powder kasuri methi
- Leave it for few min cover with lid it's ready to serve
