Instructions to make Taro roots Curry:
  1. Heat a wok. Add oil in it. Once oil is heated add cumin seeds and asafoetida in it.
  2. When cumin seeds starts spluttering add tomato and green chilli in it.
  3. When tomato becomes soft and mushy add all the spices and mix properly.
  4. When spices starts leaving oil add boiled taro roots and mix it well.
  5. Add salt and water and mix it well.
  6. Squeeze juice of lemon and mix it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. After 3 minutes turn off the flame. Your yummy taro roots Curry is ready to eat.
