- Dissolve the sugar in one cup tepid milk.
- Split the vanilla bean down its length with a paring knife and scrape out the black seeds.
- Place the rest of the milk in a pot, together with the banilla and the corn flour and stir over moderate heat.
- When it starts to heat, add the sugar and milk mixture and continue stirring.
- Remove from heat when it starts to thicken.
- Serve in glass bowls and set it aside to cool.
- When it cools place in the fridge.

Studies have found that this specific amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also calming the rest of your body.
