Instructions to make Fried Tilapia:
  1. Mix all the spices along with lime juice in a ziplock.
  2. Massage the spice mixture onto the fish pieces, making sure each piece is well coated.
  3. Marinate and keep for 15 mins or even overnight.
  4. You can adjust the salt and spice level as per your taste!
  5. Heat some coconut oil in pan.
  6. Lightly fry some onions and some chopped cilantro until crisp in the oil and remove into a serving dish.
  7. Now fry the fish pieces and remove excess oil with paper towel and serve on the dish.
  8. Serve hot garnished with cilantro, onion slices and lemon wedges
