Steps to make Sooji Aloo Burger:
- In a mixing bowl take 1 cup of Semonlina and 1/2 cup of curd add water and make a batter and cover it for 10 -15 min and let it rest.
- Now heat oil in a kadai add chopped onion, 1l2 tsp Ginger paste,cook for 19 seconds,add chopped Capcicum Chopped green chillies 1/2 Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, chat Masala 1/2 tsp, Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Garammasala Powder 1/2 tsp, Salt per taste cook for 10 seconds.
- Now at this position add boil potatoes. Add chopped coriander and cool it down.
- In the Semolina batter add 1/2 baking soda and 3 spoon of oil and mix it properly.
- In a stainless steel katori add a spoon of batter on it keep the aloo tikki and put batter so that aloo tikki covers fully and steam it for 15 minutes.
- In a tawa take oil add 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder,1/2 tsp of Kashmiri Red chilli powder, add chopped coriander and coat the masala to the burger
- Serve hot.
