  7. Meanwhile, heat up remaining butter and fry mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Grains can be wonderful for fighting a terrible mood. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are excellent at helping you have a happier mood. These grains can help you feel full for longer too, which can help your mood too. Feeling starved can truly make you feel awful! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not hard for your stomach to digest. You digest them quicker than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.
