- Preheat oven @ 375°
- Mix margarine and both Crisco's till creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mix well. Add vanilla
- In separate bowl sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt
- Mix together wet and dry ingredients (except m&m's) until well mixed
- Fold in mini M&M's
- Roll into approximately 1" balls
- Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture
